Test results using CA-40g fuel additive in diesel fueled John Deere tractors.
*Testing done by Jason Seigert and Paul Kozojed of "Seigert Farms" of Hillsboro ND Testing was done in October of 2006
Tractor 1: 1997 John Deere 8200 pulling an Amity 8-22 Beet Harvester
- 12% reduction of fuel consumption
- Test was reproduced three times not using CA-40g in the fuel, resulting in a return to normal fuel consumption. Returning CA-40g to the fuel showed a
12% reduction in fuel consumption consistently.
Tractor 2: 1997 John Deere 8100 pulling a 12-22 Beet Track Topper
- 20% reduction in fuel consumption
- Test was reproduced three times not using CA-40g in the fuel, resulting in a return to normal fuel consumption. Returning CA-40g to the fuel showed a
20% reduction in fuel consumption consistently.
Tractor 3: 2004 John Deere 9420 pulling a 730 B DMI
- 14% reduction in fuel consumption
- Test was reproduced three times not using CA-40g in the fuel, resulting in a return to normal fuel consumption. Returning CA-40g to the fuel showed a
14% reduction in fuel consumption consistently.
Testing was done by Jason Seigert and John Kozojed on a volunteer basis.
